The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rainfall warning in four Telangana districts for Tuesday, June 23.
According to IMD’s latest bulletin, heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at isolated places in Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Medak and Kamareddy districts. Additionally, thunderstorms accompanied with lightning and gusty winds are very likely to occur at isolated places in all 33 districts.
Hyderabad city and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see a generally cloudy sky. “Light to moderate rain or thundershowers with intense spells at times at a few places accompanied with gusty winds are very likely to occur in parts of the city towards evening or night. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 36℃ and 27℃ respectively,” the bulletin said.
