
With a view to facilitate the smooth migration of consumer data from Total Revenue Management (TRM) software to Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS), all online services provided by Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) will remain temporarily suspended for 21 days, from June 10 to 30, in Bagepalli, Devanahalli, Gudibande, Magadi, Malur, Nelamangala, Srinivaspura, Vijayapura, Channagiri, Chikkanayakanahalli, Gubbi, Holalkere, Honnali, Hosadurga, Jagalur, Koratagere, Madhugiri, Molakalmuru, Pavagada, and Turuvekere.
During these 21 days, essential online features, including application for new electricity connection, name transfer, load enhancement request, and online bill payment, will not be available. However, consumers can pay the electricity bill through third party payment channels, like PhonePe and Google Pay.
BESCOM officials stated that bringing down the existing TRM application in the sub-divisions of these towns is mandatory and unavoidable to successfully extend and transition to the new IT application.
