CMDA convenes stakeholders to enhance Chennai’s online building planning system, focusing on efficiency and user interface improvements

The Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) conducted a stakeholder meeting to review, streamline, and further strengthen the online building planning system. The consultation brought together members from the real estate, construction, and planning sectors, including representatives from CREDAI Chennai, FAIRA Chennai, GCCEA, GCREA, FPA (Chennai South, Ambattur, and Avadi), Singara Chennai Builders Association, and MCEA.

Discussions were held on various aspects of the system's functioning, including application processing, technical integration, workflow management, user interface improvements, and measures to further reduce approval timelines, said a press release here.
