CET results announced in Karnataka; 2,92,782 eligible for professional courses, including engineering

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) announced the results of CET 2026 on June 6. As many as 2,92,782 candidates are eligible to get admission to various professional courses, including engineering.

Of this, 2,82,602 are eligible for engineering admissions. followed by 2,12,909 for B.VSc, 2,86,609 B.Pharma, 2,86,965 Pharma D, 2,18,785 for B.sc Nursing, 2,09,220 B.Sc Agriculture, and 2,12,730 for BNYS courses.

Tanisha Karthik of R.V. PU college, Bengaluru, has topped the engineering stream. Nayana Gopi got first rank in Veterinary, Yoga and Naturopathy, B.Pharm, Pharma D and Nursing. Ninaad Vasisht bagged the first rank in B.Sc (Agri) .

“The counselling will commence on June 10. The mock results will be announced in four days. As NEET results are delayed this year, the counselling for other courses will be conducted before it,” said Medical Education Minister Dr. Sharan Prakash Patil while releasing the results.

Students can see the results online from 2 p.m.
