ONGC Chairman Arun Kumar Singh paid a courtesy call to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu at the Secretariat on Wednesday (June 3, 2026). Mr. Singh briefed the Chief Minister about the ongoing projects in the State and outlined the company’s future plans.
The projects underway included natural gas and oil exploration and production in the Krishna-Godavari basin. The Chief Minister spoke about the revenue and employment opportunities generated by ONGC for the State and their impact on the local economy.
Mr. Naidu called for better coordination to ensure the acceleration of the projects, and suggested that ONGC should utilise its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds for the development of the villages situated in their operational areas.
The meeting was attended by Minister for Infrastructure & Investments B.C. Janardhan Reddy, Special Chief Secretary M.T. Krishna Babu and a team of ONGC officials.
