Uncover, a Brazilian marketing measurement startup, raised a $16M Series A round led by Cloud9 Capital, with participation from ABSeed Ventures and Endeavor. The round also adds three strategic investors and board members, Pedro Reiss, Celso Ribeiro, and Guilherme Bressane. The investment follows Uncover’s seed round in 2023.

Uncover offers a marketing mix modeling platform that helps brands measure, forecast, and optimize marketing performance. Uncover is a certified partner of Google’s Meridian framework and works with multinational companies to evaluate media effectiveness across markets, brands, and channels.

With the funds, Uncover plans to strengthen its US operations and expand its platform. It also aims to support more enterprise customers as demand grows for tools that help marketers measure returns across fragmented media channels.

Founded in 2020, Uncover is already profitable and serves clients including Unilever, Burger King, Reckitt, Vivo, and Bradesco. Its platform operates in Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and the United States and integrates with media platforms such as Google, TikTok, and Meta. Through its infrastructure, Uncover has helped advertisers optimize more than $6B in media spending across online and offline channels.

“We built Uncover to solve a global problem: marketers need a clearer understanding of what is actually driving growth,” said Daniel Guinezi, Co CEO of Uncover. “We became the market leader in Latin America by helping some of the world’s largest advertisers make better media investment decisions. Now, with a profitable business, strong platform adoption and working with tools like Google’s Meridian, we’re ready to aggressively expand into the US.”
