Moonflow, a collections management platform, raised a $1.6M Pre-series A round led by TheVentureCity, with participation from Salkantay Ventures and Morro Ventures. The investment follows the Moonflow’s seed round in 2024.
Moonflow develops software that helps companies automate debt collection through AI-powered voice and text agents. The platform serves enterprises, financial institutions, and fintech companies across Latin America, the United States, and Spain.
With the funds, Moonflow will expand its commercial operations and accelerate product development. Moonflow is preparing to launch a native Asterisk integration for its voice platform and a mobile application designed to connect field teams with its cloud-based system.
With operations in 25 countries, Monnflow serves customers including Manpower, Rotoplas, Banco Ripley, BCI, Kavak, Konfio, and Kueski.
