Bihar unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday (May 31, 2026) concluded its Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Mega Training Campaign-2026. The month-long campaign, which started on May 2, was conducted across all 52 organisational districts of Bihar.

Each district-level training programme was organised over two days and one night, with participation from district and senior-level office bearers, public representatives, morcha office bearers, mandal presidents, mandal office bearers, and party workers holding various organisational responsibilities.

Nearly 20,000 BJP workers received training on organisational, ideological, and political subjects. The campaign was regarded as one of the largest and most comprehensive training initiatives ever undertaken by the Bihar BJP.

On the final day of the campaign, Bihar BJP President Sanjay Saraogi addressed the inaugural session of the training programme in Valmikinagar and the valedictory session in Motihari, while Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary addressed the concluding session of the training programme in Bhagalpur, and State Training Convenor Mrityunjay Kumar Jha participated in the programme held in Darbhanga.

The campaign witnessed participation from the party’s senior organisational and governmental leadership. Training sessions across various districts were also addressed by BJP National President Nitin Navin and State General Secretary (Organisation) Bhikhu Bhai Dalsania, along with several ministers.

The training curriculum covered a wide range of subjects, including contemporary national challenges, welfare initiatives of the Central and Bihar Governments, coordination between the organisation and government, the BJP’s organisational structure and functioning, the party’s history and growth journey, cultural nationalism, Integral Humanism, leadership development, media and social media management, public outreach, and organisational expansion.

Speakers emphasised the principle of “Nation First,” stating that every BJP worker was dedicated to serving society and strengthening the organisation with unwavering commitment.

They highlighted that trained workers are the party’s greatest strength and will play a crucial role in communicating the party’s ideology, government achievements, and developmental initiatives to the masses while contributing to positive public discourse, social harmony, and the vision of a developed Bihar.

Following the completion of the campaign, State Training Convenor and Chairman of the Bihar Sanskrit Education Board, Mrityunjay Kumar Jha, thanked the BJP’s national and State leadership.

“Bihar BJP has completed training programmes in all 52 organisational districts within the stipulated time frame, demonstrating exemplary organisational capability and discipline while establishing a distinct identity at the national level,”Mr. Jha said.
