Coworking space provider WeWork India’s consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 (Q4 FY26) zoomed 79.3% to ₹65.9 Cr from ₹36.7 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a QoQ basis, profit skyrocketed 294% from ₹16.8 Cr.

Operating revenue increased 29.1% to ₹696.1 Cr from ₹539.4 Cr in the same period last year. Sequentially, it increased 9.8% from ₹634.1 Cr.

Including other income of ₹9.5 Cr and finance income of ₹9.8 Cr, total income for the period under review stood at ₹715.4 Cr.

Meanwhile, total expenses stood at ₹672.3 Cr in Q4 FY26.

Shares of the company jumped following the results and were trading 10.7% higher at ₹521 on the BSE at 14:15 IST.

WeWork IndiaWeWork India Datalabs_in-article-icon said its portfolio occupancy touched an all-time high of 86.9% in Q4 FY26, improving 1,010 basis points YoY, while its member base crossed 1.1 Lakh. Mature centres operated at 88.9% occupancy, while newer centres ramped up faster than internal estimates.

Operational desk capacity grew 15.8% YoY to 126.9K desks at the end of March 2026 after addition of 17.3K desks and 12 net new centres during FY26. Assets under management (AUM), including signed leases and LOIs, expanded 39% YoY to 11.6 Mn sq ft.

WeWork India’s EBITDA for Q4 FY26 stood at ₹164.7 Cr, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 23.2% from 20.9% a year ago. 

For the full FY26, the company reported revenue of ₹2,440.1 Cr, up 25.2% from ₹1,949.2 Cr. Profit declined 41.6% YoY to ₹74.9 Cr from ₹128.2 Cr in FY25.
