Digital trucking major BlackBuck’s consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26 (Q4 FY26) slumped 76.6% to ₹65.7 Cr from ₹280.2 Cr in the year-ago period. On a QoQ basis, profit rose 107.3% from ₹31.7 Cr.
Operating revenue zoomed 52.2% to ₹185.4 Cr from ₹121.8 Cr in the year-ago period. On a sequential basis, it increased 7.9% from ₹171.7 Cr.
Including other income of ₹14.1 Cr, total income for the quarter under review stood at ₹199.6 Cr.
Meanwhile, total expenses for the period stood at ₹159.2 Cr.
The company’s EBITDA rose 13% to ₹45.1 Cr in Q4 FY26 from ₹39.9 Cr in the year-ago quarter. Adjusted EBITDA rose 30% to ₹50.2 Cr from ₹38.8 Cr in the corresponding quarter last year.
On the operational front, average monthly transacting truck operators increased 13% YoY to 8.66 Lakh in Q4 FY26, while users transacting across at least two services rose 20% to 4,42 Lakh. Gross transaction value (GTV) of tolling stood at ₹7,094 Cr, up 21% YoY, while the number of tolling transactions rose 17% to 18.3 Cr.
For the full FY26, BlackBuck posted a consolidated net profit of ₹160.3 Cr as against a loss of ₹8.7 Cr in FY25. Revenue from operations rose 53% to ₹652 Cr from ₹426.7 Cr in FY25.
