Announcing his plan to quit Sussan Ley’s opposition frontbench on Wednesday night, Angus Taylor warned the Liberal party was weaker today than at any time since its founding in 1944.
After weeks of anticipation, the former shadow defence minister finally barrelled into Ley’s office at Parliament House a bit after 7pm, informing her of his plans to move to the backbench immediately.
