The sudden wedding raised so many doubts; now, for the first time, Sonakshi has revealed why she chose to marry on June 23rd. Sonakshi says that on June 23, 2017, she met Zaheer for the first during the screening of Salman Khan’s Tubelight.

Post the screening, there was an after party, where Sonakshi spoke to Zaheer for hours together, and that’s how their love story started. Sonakshi says that is why June 23rd is a special date, and she chose to marry on that date.
