A few months ago, there was a buzz that a mega-budget film based on the Indian epic Ramayan would be made with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Yash playing the central characters. But the latest buzz reveals that Sai Pallavi will be doing the Sita role instead of Alia Bhatt. As per a report in Bollywood media, the film will feature Ranbir and Yash as Lord Ram and Raavan, respectively.
\nDirector Nitesh Tiwari, who delivered classics like Dangal and Chicchore, will be helming this prestigious project. Very recently, Yash was asked about the same, to which he neither denied nor agreed. Now, this latest report is making Yash fans go crazy. After KGF, Yash didn’t announce any project.
\nThe report says that the film will be made in three parts. Ranbir is currently occupied with Animal, and he doesn’t have any lineup as of now. On the other hand, Sai Pallavi has just now started shooting for NC23. However, we need to wait for the official confirmation from the makers about this project.
