Dillibabu, who bought the biscuits for feeding stray animals, sought an explanation from both the retail store and ITC but received no satisfactory response. He argued that each biscuit cost 75 paise and estimated that ITC may have deceived the public by over Rs 29 lakh daily due to similar discrepancies.
