A senior officer in Delhi government\'s women and child development department has been accused of raping the minor daughter of his dead friend. The accused had asked the girl to move in with his family after her father passed away. Opposition BJP has called for the officer\'s arrest and swift trial. BJP leader Harish Khurana said the case should be tried in a fast track court and exemplary punishment should be handed out. DCW chief Swati Maliwal has issued a notice to Delhi Police for not arresting the accused immediately.
