The Hindi web series Asur is one of the top-rated shows in India. Set in the backdrop of Varanasi city, the series is a crime thriller with a modern touch to ancient Hindu history. Famous actor Arshad Warsi made his OTT debut with Asur.

The first season premiered on Voot and received a phenomenal response from critics and audiences. Now the latest update is that season 2 of this much-appreciated web series will be available for streaming from June 1 on Jio Cinema. Finally, after a wait of 3 years, the sequel is set to release. The ending of season 1 created a lot of curiosity about season 2.

Barun Sobti, Anupriya Goenka, Ridhi Dogra, Sharib Hashmi, and Amey Wagh played key roles. Asur 2 will be available for streaming in multiple languages apart from Hindi on the scheduled date. Let’s see if the second season lives up to the expectations.
