It is not news that Saif Ali Khan was recently attacked in his own house by a burglar. He incurred severe injury and had to undergo surgery for the same.
He has just been released and returned back to his home but his troubles don’t seem to end there. Madhya Pradesh High Court has lifted stay orders on his ancestral property worth Rs.15000 crores which will soon become the part of government treasury.

The property is being acquisitioned under the Enemy Act, 1968. There was a long case held since 2015 and now it is finally being concluded in the favour of the state.
Actually, the historical property was owned by Saif’s great grandmother who left India during partition and the Enemy Act mandates that all such properties are given to the government. Saif might raise a plea at the higher levels of court but for the time the Madhya Pradesh High Court has made their decision clear.
